Please read and acknowledge all guidelines below carefully before filling out your application form.

Qualification Verification Notice

Only a valid Senior Certificate or higher qualification that has been verified will be accepted.

Statements of Results (SoR) are not accepted.

Please ensure that all required documents are clear, in colour, correctly certified, and the correct documents requested.

Submitting unclear, uncertified, incorrect, or incomplete documents will result in your application being rejected. Rejections are final and cannot be reversed.

1. Personal Details & Name Format

Complete all details correctly. Do not use ALL CAPS. Use your full names exactly as shown on your ID.
Incomplete or incorrect information may result in rejection.

2. Document Copies & Certification

Documents must be clear, colour copies and certified within the last 3 months.
Documents must be clear, readable, valid and not corrupted.

3. Medical & Specialist Reports

Medical documents must be from a verifiable doctor. Fake or unverifiable documents will be rejected.
Vision: Full optometrist report required.
Hearing: Full audiologist report required.

4. File Limits & Accepted Formats

Maximum 5 MB per document. Accepted formats: PDF JPG JPEG PNG.
Word/Excel files must be converted to PDF.
Do not upload Word, Excel, ZIP, executable, script or database files. Incorrect or unsafe files will be rejected automatically.

5. Age Limit & Disability Criteria

Age limit: 28 years, unless the advert states otherwise.
Disability is mandatory, unless otherwise stated in the advert.

6. Portal Submissions & Final Decisions

Apply only through the online portal. WhatsApp is only for technical/application assistance — not application follow-ups.
Rejected applications are final and cannot be reversed.
